Cabernet 2005

Clean and shiny maroon colour, strong bodied, good acidity, full of flavour, balanced and powerful. Red fruits, chocolate and coffee aromas with balsamic notes. This wine presents a good structure which will allow it to improve over the next five or six years.

Merlot 2005

Intense ruby red colour with purple undertones. A very robust wine with mature, powerful and good quality tannins. Wild fruits and toasted notes with slight touches of spice. Good development in bottle over the next few years.

Syrah 2005

This wine is dressed in black with violet reflections. It has marked primary aromas, predominantly of black fruits and jam. Light touches of vanilla, chocolate and leather. It is very pleasant in mouth with smooth, well assembled tannins. Perfect for immediate consumption or for enjoying in the next 2-3 years..

Cabernet 2004

Practically opaque morello cherry. Good intensity of aroma with toasted wood in the foreground and then cherry coke, spices (cinnamon and sandalwood), very ripe black fruits and tea leaves. It has a medium body in mouth, with a good level of acidity, tasty, fresh, with a high quantity of fruit and with a long and harmonious finish.

Merlot 2004

Cherry colour with violet trimmings, clean and shiny. Honest aromas which are of a mid-level intensity, pleasant memories of ripe fruit like plums, cherries and raspberries. Aromatically complex. It has an oily initial mouth-feel with a pleasant continuation, good citric acidity and an elegant and bitter finish. In the aftertaste one notes pleasant fruit aromas with liquorice undertones. Long and persistent.

Syrah 2004

Red cherry with a reddish trimming and a shiny mid layer. Honest aromas which are of a medium intensity. Reminds one of spices such as cinnamon and certain touches of new wood. Glyceric and complex entry into the mouth, with a velvety continuation. New wood notes predominate with a pleasant warmness. Fruity and long lasting finish.
