SYRAH
This wine has a very dark, intense colour. The nose reveals a very complex and original aroma, bringing together notes of leather, smoke and intense balsamic. Its intense aroma in mouth is combined with velvety tannins which stroke the pallet and which achieve a pleasant well rounded sensation and spaciousness for this wine.
CABERNET
An expressive nose with typical varietal traits. Mixed aromas of black and purple fruits (cherries, blackcurrant, raspberry), with pepper and toasted notes. Black cherry and toasted flavours dominate in the mouth, without losing any of its typical cabernet traits.
MERLOT
This wine has an intense ruby colour, is explosive and complex in nose developing aromas of ripe fruits such as strawberries, sweet spices like vanilla, followed by more complex notes like truffle and balsamic. It is intense in mouth, potent and long lasting. All its aromas in the nose are found together with toasted notes.
BLANC DE MERLOT
A very pale coloured wine, beautiful and sparkling. It has a fruity nose with melon, white peach and cherry notes. A strong, balanced mouth-feel with a smooth finish which is reminiscent of dried fruits (raisins).
CUP
Majorcan Mantonegro grape, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot are selected for this new wine. Very intense red colour with garnet tones. Clean and brightfull.Nose is complex, mixing mature fruits with leather and balsamic with cinnamon and vanilla. Fully bodied, intense and aromatic with high quality tannins on the pallet.
Very good structure, which leaves space for improvement over the coming years.
