Cabernet 2004

Practically opaque cherry. Intense nose, with a first aroma of burnt wood, cherry coke, spices (cinnamon, sandalwood), very ripe dark fruits, and tealeaves. On the palate, it is medium bodied, with pleasantly acidic, tasty, fresh with a high fruity content and a lingering harmonious aftertaste.

Merlot 2004

Clean and bright cherry color with violent hints. Frank mid-intensity aromas, pleasant aftertaste of plums, cherries and raspberries. Aromatically complex. Unctuous first impression on the palate, a pleasant passing over the tongue, and a friendly citric acidity and elegant bitterness at the end. The finish brings back pleasant hints of fruit on a background of licorice. Long lasting and persistent.

Mid intensity, cherry red with red borders. Frank mid intensity aromas. Memories of spices such as cinnamon and occasional hints of new wood. Complex satiny first impression, with a velvety texture. The taste of new wood stands out with a pleasant warmth. Long lasting fruity finish.

Bright, garnet color. Full bodied, well balanced, strong tasting and nicely acidic. Red fruits, chocolate and café with balsamic hints. Well structured which leaves room for improvement over the next 5 or 6 years.

Old gold color with hints of pink; clean and bright. Fruit aromas(sweet melon, apricot). It is tasty and friendly with well balanced acidity and structure.
