How we use your data

  • To manage your orders, visit bookings and enquiries.
  • To send confirmations, receipts and communications related to your purchase or booking.
  • If you have given us your consent, to send you a newsletter with news and events.
  • To comply with tax and accounting obligations (Spanish Law 58/2003).

Legal basis for processing

  • Performance of a contract: orders, bookings, vouchers.
  • Consent: newsletter, analytics cookies.
  • Legal obligation: invoicing, tax retention.
  • Legitimate interest: fraud prevention, site security.

What data we collect

  • Contact data: first name, surname, email, phone.
  • Shipping data: postal address, city, postal code, province, country.
  • Payment data: processed directly by Stripe (PCI-DSS compliant); Son Prim does NOT store cards.
  • Visit data: date, number of people, booked service, optional notes.

Data retention

Data is retained for the duration of the contractual relationship plus the legal limitation periods (5 years for commercial tax purposes). Marketing data: until you withdraw your consent.

Who we share your data with

  • Stripe: payment processing.
  • Resend: sending of transactional emails.
  • Supabase: database storage (EU, Frankfurt hosting).
  • Vercel: web application hosting.
  • Transport companies for physical shipments.
  • Public authorities (the Spanish Tax Agency) where required by law.

International transfers

Stripe may process data in the USA under GDPR-standard contractual clauses. The remaining providers operate within the EU.

Your rights

If you have an account, you can exercise Access (download your data) and Erasure (delete your account) instantly from Data and privacy in your account. For the remaining rights, or if you do not have an account, write to us at visit@sonprim.com:

  • Access: a copy of your data.
  • Rectification: correct inaccurate data.
  • Erasure (“right to be forgotten”): deletion, except where legal obligations apply.
  • Objection: to processing based on legitimate interest.
  • Portability: receive your data in a structured format.
  • Restriction: of processing while a complaint is being resolved.
  • Complaint to the AEPD: Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
