Terms and conditions

1. Identification

2. Purpose

These terms govern the purchase of wines, derived products, gift vouchers and bookings of visits / winery experiences through the site sonprim.com.

3. Acceptance

Use of the site implies full acceptance of these terms. If you do not agree, we kindly ask you not to use the site to make purchases or bookings.

4. Minimum age

In accordance with Spanish legislation on the sale of alcoholic beverages, you must be over 18 years of age to place wine orders or book experiences that include tasting.

5. Products and prices

  • Prices are shown in euros (EUR) and include VAT of 21% unless otherwise indicated.
  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.
  • Prices may vary; the applicable price is the one shown at the time of completing the purchase.

6. Payment

Payments are processed through Stripe. We accept credit/debit cards from the main networks. Son Prim does not store your full card details.

7. Shipping

  • Estimated time: 1-3 business days of preparation + 24-72h of transport (mainland Spain).
  • Shipments to the Balearic and Canary Islands: please enquire about delivery times and additional costs.
  • The risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon receipt of the order.

8. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, you have 14 calendar days from receipt of the order to withdraw. Exception: opened consumable products / bottles damaged after delivery are not returnable. To exercise the right of withdrawal, write to visit@sonprim.com indicating your order number.

9. Gift vouchers

  • Vouchers are valid for 6 months from purchase (unless otherwise indicated on the voucher).
  • They are not exchangeable for cash nor refundable after purchase.
  • They may be freely transferred to the bearer of the code.

10. Visit bookings

  • Bookings require confirmation on our part; you will receive an email with the exact details.
  • Free cancellations up to 48h before the booked time. After that, a charge of 50% of the price may apply.
  • If you cannot attend, contact us as soon as possible to reschedule; we will do our best to accommodate you.

11. Limitation of liability

Son Prim is not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of the site or from the subjective quality of the products. The wines are artisanal products subject to vintage variations.

12. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, the parties submit to the Courts and Tribunals of Palma de Mallorca, unless consumer legislation establishes another jurisdiction more favourable to the consumer.
