- Winemaking and ageing
- Harvested by hand in 18kg crates, the grapes are selected before entering the winery. Direct pressing prior to alcoholic fermentation to separate the pulp from the skin, to avoid extraction of colouring matter. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks with controlled temperature (min. 14º - max. 16º)
- Tasting notes
- Very pale, crystalline white wine. The nose is surprisingly fresh for a fairly powerful Mediterranean wine. Aromas of grapefruit, white pepper, and blooming basil. The palate offers great creaminess and dynamic freshness. A balance that is both astonishing and unique
