- Winemaking and ageing
- Manual harvest in 18kg boxes and selection of grapes before entering the winery. Production in stainless steel tanks with controlled temperature (min. 22º - max. 28º) and maceration during 25 days. Malolactic fermentation. Aged in 225 litres French oak barrels for 16 months
- Tasting notes
- Full-bodied red wine with ruby reflections. The nose is intense, with predominant notes of black currant jam, olives and toasted hints. The palate is structured and warm, opulent yet balanced at the same time. A rich Merlot with high aging potential.
