- Winemaking and ageing
- Manual harvest in 18kg boxes and selection of grapes before entering the winery. Production in stainless steel tanks with controlled temperature (min. 22º - max. 28º) and maceration during 25 days. Malolactic fermentation. Aged in 225 litres French oak barrels for 10 months
- Tasting notes
- In this wine, made from Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and Shiraz, with an intense deep cherry color, we find an ideal balance between stewed black fruit, such as plum and figs, and the barrel toasting, which imparts notes of black pepper, chocolate, and forest floor. On the palate, it is full-bodied and intense, with a very long finish
