- Winemaking and ageing
- Manual harvest in 18kg boxes and grape selection before entering the winery. Fermentation began in stainless steel tanks, finishing in 500-litre French oak barrels, in which it completed a total ageing of 11 months. Controlled vinification temperature (min. 14° – max. 17°).
- Tasting notes
- Distinguished oak-aged Chardonnay. Pale golden tones and an enveloping, elegant nose. Ripe white fruit, vanilla and toasted bread. Creamy and approachable palate. Fresh and lingering finish.
