- Winemaking and ageing
- Manual harvest in 18kg boxes and selection of grapes before entering the winery. Production in stainless steel tanks with controlled temperature (min. 22º - max. 28º) and maceration during 25 days. Malolactic fermentation. Aged in 225 litres French oak barrels for 16 months
- Tasting notes
- Dark garnet colour with purple glints. Pronounced, elegant and sweet aroma of fresh fruit and dried rose and violet petals, with a liquorice background. On the palate it is ripe, creamy, with a high fruit load, which is refined by its time in oak, which adds complexity, and a long finish. Excellent sirá at its best.
