- Winemaking and ageing
- Harvest by hand in 18kg boxes and grape selection before entry into the winery. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks with controlled temperature (min. 16º - max. 18º)
- Tasting notes
- Very attractive pale rosé, with white peach flesh tones. Its subtle aroma with notes of red fruit, rose petals and grapefruit, make it an extremely delicate and elegant wine. On the palate it is fresh and opulent at the same time.
